Shipping Guidelines
Marsh + Mane is an independently run, small-batch beauty company. Please allow 1-2 days for processing after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Orders are not processed on holidays or Sundays.
While we strive for smooth delivery, unforeseen circumstances can occur. If your package is lost or stolen, Marsh + Mane cannot provide a refund. However, if this occurs, please contact us at inquiries@marshandmane.com, and we will file a claim with the post office on your behalf. Part of your shipping fee includes insurance. Once the claim is filed, the matter is in the hands of the United States Post Office, and any refunds are subject to their review.
Please note that all sales are final. Due to the possibility of contamination, we are unable to accept returns for any item.
However, for online purchases, you may qualify for a refund if your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) have been shipped. Only items falling within this category are eligible for a full refund.
To determine whether you qualify for a refund, please send us a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of the purchase date. If your item is eligible for a refund, we will provide you with a mailing label to return the package to Marsh + Mane, Inc.
During warmer months, your butters may melt during shipping. Since our product contains no water, simply give it a good stir and pop it in the fridge for about an hour to restore its original texture.
If your butter arrives solid but slightly lumpy, it may have melted and then resolidified during transit. Our products use a variety of butters and oils that cool down at different temperatures. Rest assured, your butter is still good and effective! Once it touches your skin, everything will melt like butter
