Shipping Guidelines

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 PM EST will begin processing within (1) business day excluding holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Order are not processed on holidays or Sundays.
Due to increased delays through the United States Postal Service, customers may experience shipping delays. These delays are beyond our control and customers will not be refunded for items that are late.
Customers will also not be refunded for items that have been stolen or taken from your mailing address. Your local post office provides a location tracker for each item that has been delivered. If this happens, you should contact your local post office. If you selected priority shipping, we can issue an claim on your behalf through the post office. 


All sales are final. Due to the possibility of contamination, we do not accept returns for any lifestyle, hair, skin, bath or face products purchased online or in-store. This includes but is not limited to soaps, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins, gels, beard products, candles, shirts, etc.

For online purchases, you may qualify for a refund if your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) has been shipped shipped. Only items in this category are eligible for a full refund. To determine whether or not you qualify for a refund, please send us a photo of the damaged item within 14 days of the date of purchase. If your item is eligible for a refund, we will send you a mailing label to return the package to Marsh + Mane, Inc.
